AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENTS
1. Drinking water system :
1) Doser
2) 90 degrees nipple drinker
3) V-shaped sink
4) The circular plastic pipes (2.5mm pipe wall, 25mm diameter)
2. Feeding system:
Complete front-end and the end of the main bracket, the top rail and accessories, four nylon casters
3. Egg collection system:
whole Sets of egg collection system (including the console), 2.1m width, 2.6m height, eggs collection belt, motor, Nylon egg collection belt
4. Manure removing equipment :
end of the driven equipment 0.75 kW (reducer included)
Manure removing belt, PP conveyor, 120mm width, 1.1mm thick
Lateral manure conveyor
5. Main stock line of silo system
This system delivers feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed
sensor at the end of main feed line which control the motor on and off automatical to release
6.Automatic ventilation system
This system controls climate conditions,fresh air,humidity and temperature in poultry shed,it
is vital for growing birds. This system include Poultry house fan, Cooling pad,Air inlet window.
7. Cooling pad system
Cooling pad corrosion resistance,high structural strength and prolong life ,it have there characteristics:hygroscopicity,quickly dry and surface without microporous.
8. Environment control system
Control whole equipments in poultry house,people can use computer or iphone to control the climate, automatic feeding and drinking.
9. Heating system
Can improve temperature of poultry house quickly,ensure poultry house have a suitable temperature.
10.Spraying and disinfecting system
This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects poultry house(temperature could be quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)
