Light Steel Structure Poultry Chicken House
This shed for poultry farm has been designed by our engineers. It is made of lightweight steel structure. It is very easy to assemble with a low construction cost. The roof can be made of corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel featuring good insulation performance. The wall is built with steel mesh or sandwich panel. Both the wall and the roof have contributed to ensure an excelent insulation performance therefore the shed is very resistant to wind, impact and climate change. An automatic curtain machine is also applied to the poultry house. The machine is able to automatically open and close the curtain according to the light intensity. In addition to the external damper fan for ventilation, the chicken shed is also eqquiped with tunnel ventilation system and heating system in an attempt to create a healthier and more comfortable environment for the poultry.

H beams/Square tubes, C channel, Angle steel, Round bar, Steel pipes, Tie bar, Nipple drinking system.
Steel Grades: Chinese standards: Q235B, Q345B
Sandwich Panels: EPS, Rock fiber, Glass fiber or PU.

3. Egg conveyor system
uniquely shaped egg carriers and egg transfers provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs, preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality
4. Automatic manure cleaning system
transport the chicken manure to the truck directly, ensure good and clean environment in the chicken house
5. Ventilation system
It makes the air always fresh and control the temperature.
6. Main stock line of silo system
It made from galvanized sheet steel. All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger.
the size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time.
7. Environmental control system
This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode according to the local climate and raising environment.
8. Cooling pad system
Aluminum alloy frame:high strength, good corrosion resistance,even water distribution,compact structure,beautiful and practical.
9. Heating system/ Heater
Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different growth stage.Fuel of oil and coal are both available.
10.Spraying and disinfecting system
This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects poultry house(temperature could be quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)
