2) Working Principle:
By adopting mechnical method, then abrasive(shot blasting) will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle,the abrasive will impact working surface to roughen and remove leftovers(impurity),Meanwhile the negative pressure(attractive force)caused by dust collector will suck impurities via airstream.Intact abrasive is automatically recycled,and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box.
The Portable shot blasting machine system works using a high performance airless, centrifugal blast wheel for propelling blast media at a high velocity in a controlled pattern and direction. Different surface profiles can be achieved by varying shot size, shot flow rates and machine travel speed.
