1. H type unit
The A cage system can house 6 chickens per cells and is equipped with automatic drinking and feeding system. A food trolley moves automatically along the cages and deliver the food into the feeding pan. The feeding trough is outside the cages which avoids any contamination of food droppings.

The silo is linked to the hoppers thanks to the auger tube. The feed is delivered in each hopper located on the top of the cages. The drive motor allows a quick and smooth transfer of the feed in the house.

6. Egg conveyor system
The conveyor bet collects the eggs from each tiers and provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs until the pick-up area . It helps preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality.
The pick-up area is situated behind each cage rows, and the eggs are to be gathered together manually.
7. Central egg collector system
For sheds housing more than 20,000 chicken, we recommend the adding of a central egg collector. This device will gather the eggs at each pick-up unit and transport them to the egg packing room.
8. Fog system
This system is ideal for cooling and humidifying the house. Special high-pressure nozzles atomise water into a micron aerosol fog which is immediately absorbed by the warm air. The heat in the house is dissipated by evaporation and temperature decreases within a few minutes.
8. Environmental system
We supply all the necessary equipment to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment to the birds such as pad cooling system, exhaust fan, environmental controller, air inlet and so on.
