Product Description
H Beam Steel Structure Shot Blasting Machine belongs to the roller conveyor shot blasting machines(Q69 series), mainly used in construction industries ,which is designed and manufactured to clean the surface of the large section steel.It is used for removing the rust, scale and contamination from the steel surface of large scale H-Beam and I-Beam.
work process
●Adjustable speed controlled by the electric roller conveyer to send steel structures to a mass ejection area, workpiece around the face is striked an burnished by dense steel grit.
●Scale, rust layer falls off quickly, surface of steel is bright and clean with certain roughness, then steel was sent out cleaning room.
●Cleaned dust by purging device fell down from recycled spiral pill and were sent to the funnel chamber body, hoist separator to promote mixture to the upper machine.
●After the separation of the projectile into the separator in the hopper, for the use of shot blasting machine cycle.In the shotblast cleaning dust were sent to the dust removal system, net gas emission was discharged to the atmosphere after purification treatment, granular dust is collected.
