structure
This machine consists of machine body, mould mechanism, jolting compacting mechanism, rotating arm pressure head mechanism and Pneumatic tube system and soon on.The material of machine body is a firm, hollow frame casting, the upper part supports rotating arm pressure head part. When compaction, rotating arm loops to the machine body and the pressure force is supported by machine body , the machine body is connected to jolting mechanism by bolt.
Mould mechanism consists of two mould cylinders, connecting rod, synchronizing shaft, mould frame, mould ejector pin and soon on. When drawing mould, mould frame leads connected synchronizing bar, synchronizing shaft and four ejector pins jack up the flask so drawing mould.Jolting compacting mechanism adopts air cushion microseismic pneumatic compacting mechanism, it can shock or Pressure shock according to the technics.The jolting force and compress force can be increased.
