Application
The machine is used for detecting Ferrous, cracked needles in down quilt, bedding, non-woven products, cloth and sewing. Also inspect the demagnetizing effect for metal decorations, zipper, and button on the bedding and toys
Please note:
a. The decorated metal buttons and zipper should demagnetized before sewing, or else it will effected the detection.
b. Sewing needle, pin must be of magnetic steel or iron material. Pure stainless steel, aluminum, copper or plastic and other non magnetic metal products are not detected by the machine.
Characteristics
a. Once the object on the conveyor belt and pass the detection head, it can be detected whether the needle or iron inside, and will automatically alarm.
b. It not only can check one by one, even if tied-up goods or packed can be also detected.
C. As the detection part is tunnel or bridge shape, so with the detected goods’ thickness or height, the detection accuracy is different.
The manufacturer refers to Japan PL needle inspection machine, tunnel height is different, then the accuracy is different. Please read the specification sheet carefully before purchasing.
