IXPE UNDERLAY
Flooring underlay,IXPE UNDERLAY, is a National inspection-free product ,which can protect flooring and prolong the lifetime of flooring. It is harmless.
Irradiated crosslink polyethylene foam(IXPE) is high molecular material irradiated with high foaming multiplying power by high-energy electron beam by adopting the best advanced electron irradiation technique.
As for customer’s demand, it can be made into products with different luster, foaming magnification power, size, as its specificities of expansion, contraction ratio, tensile strength, etc is better than ordinary high molecular foam materials, it is specially suitable for reworking of shaping, cutting, compounding, bonding, etc. Besides, can work for a long time on the condition of the temperature varying from 70°C below zero to 80°C, be applied in the fields of industry, building, agriculture, air conditioner refrigeration, vehicle, and ship decoration, leisure and sport equipment etc, furthermore, after added additive, can be made into such functional materials as flame retardant, electric conduction(antistatic) etc.
