Kafuter K-3022 uv cure acrylic adhesive, uv light cure adhesives for glass uv cure adhesive
Characteristics:
K-3022 is one-part, low viscosity, and good flexibility UV curing modified acrylic adhesive which can be cure by expose to UV/Visible light of sufficient intensity.
Application:
1) Good adhesion to transparent plastics like PMMA, PET, PVC, ABS, etc.
2) It can bond plastics to metal, plastics to plastics, and plastics to glass, etc.
3) Using for large area bonding

1.This product is light sensitive, exposure to daylight, UV light and artifical lighting should be kept to a minimun during storage and handling.

3. Cure rate is dependent on lamp intensity, distance from light source, depth of cure needed or bondline gap and light transmittance of the substrates through which tha radiation must pass.
