Main Characteristics:
One-part, thixotropy, moderate intensity, and good media resistance anaerobic metal thread locker sealant. With high locking strength which make it not easy to disassembly.
Typical Applications:
Seal and lock for M6-M20 metal thread fasteners to prevent its loosening and rusting. Especially apply in car&motorcycles maintenances.
Packing Specifications:
(1) 50ml/bottle, 10bottle/box , 80bottle/carton
(2) 250ml/bottle, 10bottle/box, 40bottle/carton
User's Guide:
a) Remove the oil and grease from the surfaces to keep it dry and clean
b) the threads should be coated enough glue until filling the whole gap. the best coating ways is coating the threads with a thin film with 0.05mm
c) Tighten the thread and wipe off the excess adhesive
d) It can get initial cure for 15 minutes, and reach full cure in 24h.
Note:
(1)Keep away from the children.
(2)This product may produce some irritating odor during working time. if contact with your eyes or skin, pls flush with water, if serious, you should go to hospital.
(3)The storage life is 12 months, it should be store in dry and shade place under the temperature of 15°c to 28°c
