Widely used in various kinds of plastic,such as plastic box,bottle ,film ,plastic pipe ,plastic briquette and waste plastic ,and waste rubber .
Structure of Waste plastic shredder
The body is mainly made of stainless steel ,which can have a durable specification and has a long life time .
Working Principle :
Using the rotation of the rotary blades and squezze with the fixed blades ,so that big material can be crushed into small size among 8-14mm..
Installation of the Waste plastic shredder:
1.The plastic crushing machine should be firmly installed ,if needn’t move We should fixed it by cement .If need mobile operation , We should find some angle shelf to fixed .
2.After start the plastic crushing machine ,We should keep it without feed any material for 2-3min ,make sure it has a normal working condition .
