1. What is your minimum order and any price discount for the order?
Most Mobile Phone Case wholesale items are sold as a 10 pieces minimum order. Basically, the total minimum Phone Cases supply order required for purchase is over US $30 (this amount before shipping).
As long as if the total amount of your wholesale order is over $10000.00 , we can 1.5% price discount for you for that order, and 5% price discount for the total amount of one oreder is over $50000.00 !
(those amount no include shipping cost,if the discount apply to the goods,the discount for shipping will not be applied anymore)
2. What is your return policy?
If the Phone Cases items you received is a factory-defective item, you may ask a return it for a full refund, credit or exchange. All other returns.
PLEASE NOTE: you must obtain within 30 days of merchandise receipt in order to make any returns. Each package must have clearly printed on the outside of the box or shipping label.
Shipping charges should be prepaid unless arranged otherwise in advance. Shipping charges can only be refunded in the case of a manufacturing defect or erroneously shipped phone case supply product. All sales are final after 7 days.
3. Do your company send free samples?
