5.what is the payment method ? 

For sample order, please pay 100% by T/T or through paypal once the order is confirming.

For  mass order, please T/T40% deposit once confirming the order, T/T balance before shipment.

7.How long to make a sample?  > 7~30days which depends on the samples' complexity.
