What’s the application and hot sale market?
Our furniture is widely used for home, hotels, villas, etc. and on occasions as weddings and new houses. Country Style collections look fresh and simple and more popular with teens. French Style collections are designed to be luxurious, royal and romantic. Our furniture are well sold in South East Asia, Egypt, America, France, Czech, Belgium, The Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Buying Guides:
- First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on products category, product’s name, Product’s item number preference, color preference, style preference, quantity and required delivery time.
- Then we will response to your request with 24hours with an itemized quotation sheet, including description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD; Payment term and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue for your reference.
- We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
- After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI (Proforma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement; we will attach the bank information in the PI. Our Payment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
- When receive the 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; when the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angle for you reference. After got the 70% balance, we will arrange the shipment for you at once. At last we will send the Commercial Invoice and Packing list, especial the Original B/L.
Shipping & Production time:
1. For EXW terms, Buyer shall arrange for pickup from our factory in Foshan, Guangdong.
2. For FOB terms, we arrange for delivery to the closest port in China like Huangpu or Nansha, Guangzhou or Yatian, Shekou, Chiwan, Shenzhen, China as per international trading norms.
3. For C&F or CIF terms, we arrange for delivery to the destination sea ports of Buyers as per international trading norms.
4. For DDU terms, we arrnge for delivery to the place Buyers appointed as Buyers as per international trading norms.
Please always specify your order quantity and shipping terms you need at inquiries.
5. Usually 1 week for stocks and 1 to 2 months for containers or OEM orders.
1. What kind of payment terms are accepted?
Following payments are accepted by our group
A:T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)
B :Western Union
2. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 30 days to 60 days, exact
delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is
confirmed.
3. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods?
Besides production time mentioned above, usually it takes maximum
30-35 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.
4. How is your Quality Control?
-Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color
of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass
production.
- We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
-Every product quality checked before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check
the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
5. How is your After Sales Service?
-Shipment and sample quality tracking includes lifetime.
-Any small problem happening in our furniture will be solved at the
most prompt time.
-We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your
inquire will be replied within 24 hours.
6. How can I get quotation and make order?
Just simply inform our staff item numbers(or link) of the items you are
interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma
invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will
be started once advance payment is finalized.
