1- Can I place an order online? To ensure better understanding to your orders, sorry we don't offer this option at present because we don't have any stock finished goods, all products will be manufactured according to your specifications, please send e-mail or fax to us.
2- How can I get C&F or CIF or FOB prices? Usually, we will quote you C&F or CIF or FOB prices according to your concrete requirements. If you feel our ocean freight is higher than your expectation, you can recommend your shipping company to us. Our principal is looking for a good reputation shipping company, which can offer competitive freight and delivery your order prompt.
3- How about the payment terms? We accept that: 1)- 50% deposit by T/T after you confirm the order, balance paid by T/T at sight after shipment; 2)- 30% deposit by T/T after you confirm the order, balance paid by confirmed and irrevocable L/C at sight. 3)- For small orders, 100% T/T at sight after you confirm the order.
4- How can I get some samples promptly? Please contact us and inform your courier (such as UPS, DHL, FedEX, TNT, EMS and etc.) to collect samples from our office. For samples if their value is less than USD 50.00, we will offer them free of charge. As a courtesy, your express fee and samples charge will be refunded from your 1st order.
5- Could we print our logo on the packages? Yes, you can customize your logo printing on the packings of the medical items. Pls specify your requirements to us, according to your ordered products and quantities, we may charge you a little printing fee. If the quantity is big enough, we will print your logo free of charge.
6- Can you help us to mix many items/products to fill one container? Yes of course, you can buy many items/products in one order, and we can help you mix them to fill one container.
