Heat transfer and silk screen Inkjet printing onto garments is no longer a good choice and came out of date with the T-shirt digital printing technology development. Over the last few years the prints have become much more durable and the quality and wash-ability is now equal to and even better than screen printing
Printer Parameters
1Use Textile Solvent Inks to print on T-shirts and other textile. (need not coatings)
This is the printing procedure(white T-shirt)
1)edit the picture on computer
2)position the T-shirt on platform
3)choose and edit photo on computer
4)start printing
5)heating the T-shirt for fast drying
2 To print on black T-shirts / textile,you should also go with White ink.
This is the printing procedure(Black T-shirt)
1)edit the picture on computer
2)position the object on platform
3)choose and edit photo on computer
4)printing white ink first (use RIP software)
5)printing color ink
6)heating the T-shirt for fast drying
3 Use All -purpose Solvent INKs to print on metel,plastics and all the other materials except textile.
This is the printing procedure:
1)Spray the coatings on the surface of object
2)drying for 3-4 minutes in normal condition
3)position the object on platform
4)choose and edit photo on computer
5)printing
