2. Inflation Device - Technical requirement
1 Each station can be operated indepently.
2 Each station has independent air regulator and pressure gauge.
3 Air pressure can be relieved individually in case of malfunction.
4 Tyre lifting device lifts the tyre to rim close position, and the lifting height is controlled by sensors. Whenever tyre size is changed, the sensor position should be adjusted accordingly.
5 Button box in every rim can be operated with all actions.
6 Sound-light indicator alarms automatically when the cycle finished.
3. Inflation Device - Configuration requirement
1 PLC: Siemens
2 Touch panel: Siemens
3 Solenoid valve: SMC
4 Approximate Switch: Omron
5 Buttons: Schneider made in china
4. Inflation Device - locking and unlocking safe operation
1 The locking pneumatic cylinder is controlled by buttons. The signal is sent first to PLC then to solenoid valve. The solenoid valve will release compressed air to push cylinder and then rotate the spindle, and finally complete locking and unlocking actions.
2 Photoelectric sensors are installed at the locking & unlocking positions, and pressure sensor is installed on the chuck, which will send signal to PLC.
3 Air can be inflated into the tire only when the chuck is at the locking position. Auto or manual air inflation operations will be invalid when the chuck is at unlocking or middle positions due to no locking signal sent to PLC.
4 When there is pressure inside the tire, the pressure sensor will send signal to PLC, so that unlocking operations cannot be done. That is to say, the unlocking operation will be valid only when pressure inside the tire is zero .
