- This vulcanizing press machine is Hydraulic Horizontal-Moving tire curing press and has double moulds. Its beam movement type is vertical lift and translation.
- This vulcanizing press machine can be configured with electric mould adjusting device, segmented mould driving device, tyre post inflation device, etc. according to user's request.
- Heating type: Steamer Type.
- The vulcanization pipe system can be customized.
- There are single and double or three station tire holders for customers to choose.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.

This vulcanizing press machine is applicable to vulcanize green tire, such as heavy & light truck radial tire and bias tire. And it is applicable to the Nitrogen vulcanization or steam vulcanization process.

- The type of center mechanism is BOM.
- This vulcanizing press machine is equiped with double-column manipulator, trolley type double cylinder unloading mechanism and front lever type demoulding mechanism.
- This vulcanizing press machine adopts PLC programmable controller as the control core. Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, users can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing.
- This vulcanizing press machine has Ethernet interface and supports cluster vulcanizing machine network.
