1. Can I get any service or technical support before making any purchase?

Of course you can. We are understanding your needs and providing you with suitable product information and applications methods. 

2. Can I have any free samples for testing?

Of course you can. We will offer samples you needed and send it to you within 3 working days by international express, and you should know that :

A. Free sanple quantity: 100grams per color, 3 to 5colors one time;

B. You cover the shipping costs (If any order offered in near future, we will refund the related shipping costs to you) ;

3. How long are your pigment pastes products guaranteed?

Most of our colorant product is given a 24months quality warranty, some pats of fluorescent pigment color paste and thermochromic pigment color paste is 12months from the production date; If any products quality problems happened during the warranty time, we will offer our best services to work out it.

4. Can you offer OEM service or special packages for my orders?

Of course we can. We can offer OEM  service based on good quantity and legitimate brand licensing, also we will do our best to meet your requirements of products package.

5. Can we become your distributors or agents of your pigments paste products?

Of course you can, but we must sign the Agency Agreement that you could buy or sales a certain quantity products in your side each year, and we can talk about it in details if possible.
