Byc printer(A4-A0)  is designed on the basis of 3D digital printing system, can directly print on any flat object like textile,glass,wood,metal,stone,ceramic tile and so on.

It supports A3+ non-margin output,and some of our upgraded products reach high resolution of 5760dpi. Whatever the pattern is,simple color block,full color or intermediate color, our printer can print at once. 

it replaces silk-screen,pad printing and transfer printing machine without plate making and repeated overdye.

It realizes printing on rough surface smoothly(the fall≤5mm), completely solving the problem that traditional printer can't print intermediate color and only print on flat surface.

How does it print  CD or DVD?

1) Spray coating before printing, make sure the brightness of the printed CD

2) lay the blank CDs in the tray, put the tray on the board of the printer

3) choose and adjust the picture in the graphic software(like photoshop,coreldraw and so on), then do the printing

4) take the finished cd from the tray

Two main kinds of inks: (both have 6 or 8 colors for choose)

1)Textile Inks to print on T-shirts and other textile. 

    (No need Coating but need Color fixer after printing)

This is the printing procedure(white T-shirt)

1. edit the picture on computer
2. position the T-shirt on platform
3. choose and edit photo on computer
4. start printing
5. heating the T-shirt for fast drying

For dark T-shirts / textile,you should also go with White ink. 

This is the printing procedure(Black T-shirt)

1. edit the picture on computer
2. position the object on platform
3. choose and edit photo on computer
4. printing white ink first (use RIP software)
5. printing color ink
6. heating the T-shirt for fast drying

2)Multi-functional inks to print on metel,plastics and all the other materials except textile.

   (Need coating before printing)

Attentions

No 1. When do the cleaning by the printer's automatic cleaning tool, the continuous cleaning can not be more than 3 times

No 2. If the cleaning unit(nozzle moistening device) can not be sealed with the nozzle bottom, will affect the intact ink-jet of nozzel directly. Need to change the parts(It's consumable)

No 3. About the ink continue supply system, because the ink have a little corrosion, so shall change the accessories regularly in case of it may bad effect to the ink circulation(It is consumable)
