Technological Process
Our plastic chair is all finished by hand.
First step: our support crew choose good quality PP.
Second step: our workers mix oil, color powder and raw material.
Third step: our worker operate machine to take mixed material into injective machine.
Fourth step: Injective machine works about 100 seconds, a new product is born.
Fifth step: Then our professional workers put it into cold water.
Last step: Our workers prune some edges and put it into packing bags and stick labels.
Our factory has our own motorcade. We can pack MDF tables in a very short time.

About our Product:
What certificates do you have?
The standard certificates followed with our products are “certificated of qualification” and “certificated of commodity inspection” which are from the designated facility refers to government law. And we strongly support you to test our products in other third party authentication.
How can I get a sample?
We are gladded to hear the request of sample. The samples are free for most time, but some special luxury items need you to pay. The delivering fee are unavoidable.
About the order:
What is the MOQ, do you accept small order?
The ”MOQ” are the minimum order quantity for factory producing which are no less than a 20FT container. For the order less than that, we will check the remaining product in our warehouse, and the price will be higher. Please order some products that are more than 10 cubic meters, and that is the minimum quantities we can accept.
About the shipment & serves:
What terms of shipment do you have? Can I get the order with the lowest delivering Fee?
We provide standard shipment FOB CFR CIF and accept standard T/T payment terms. 30% deposit in advance and the balance against the copy of BL. We can also support you with the best shipping agent which can save you thousand dollars in good period.
What guarantee do I have? What if I receive some broken chair?
We do not offer any guarantee due to the item value. Few broken parts out of thousands products are common and unavoidable during the shipment. But we have two way to solve this problem: 1. There are some extra parts in the container along with the products, we can guide you to fix the broken one. 2. For unfixable products we will shipping a new one in the next order.
