MYWJ-125D high speed mould pressing machine: 

 high speed 8-10pieces of tiles can be molded in one minute. 

 The machine putts the wet concrete into 130 ton pressure then filter pressed through molds in high quality.

Hydraulic system: it adopts Japan Yuken hydraulic system.

Mating: it adopts imported intelligent hydraulic system device and automatic oil pressure distributing which is advanced configuration in hydraulic system.

Work flow: the who line has four parts: barket conveyor, rooling mixer, dosing mixer, and the main machine. when the machine is working ,the barket convryor take the materials to the rooling mixer, the rooling mixer is used to seperate the big stone from the materials to stir the materials more evenly ang quickly. when it is well mixe ,the materials will be sent into dosing mixer. then,the materials will be press onto the molds and molding to tiles. after the tile is done, it will be put on the plate. one man remove the mold to out door area to have it dyied. after serval days, you can paint the tiles with any color you like.
