Information of building slaughter house
1. What is humane slaughtering method?
The Humane Slaughter Act, or the Humane Methods of Livestock Slaughter Act, is a United States federal law designed to decrease suffering of livestock during slaughter process.
2. What information needed for slaughter house?
Capacity of is going to slaughter and process in one hour or one day.
3. What slaughtering way is available?
Standard slaughter project is used for slaughter house or general slaughter house
4. What to do for viscera or other by-products?
Either throw out, export or sell domestic. We provide by-product processing machine, such as tripe washer, feet dehairing machine.
5. How to distribute final production after slaughter?
Whole carcass, half carcass, pieced meet, mince, sausage, feet, etc.
6. Is chilling room necessary in slaughter house?
Chilling room is helped to break down lactic acid. Lactic acid in the muscle has the effect of retarding the growth of bacteria that have contaminated the carcass during slaughter process.
Quick-frozen room is used for packed product.
