Cattle slaughter and processing line

We manufacture complete lines for the slaughter and processing of cattle with the capacity up to 200 cattle/hour. All of the lines are constructed according to the International regulations and norms in force. We supply new lines or reconstruct old ones, where we adjust new equipment to the existing space. 



We are also GOOD AT ritual slaughtering in the areas where religion prescribes animal processing in a different way than is customary for the European area. For this purpose, we offer a special box for stunning among our products.

Ritual Killing Box

The cattle are driven to the driving-in opening door

The cattle is brought into position using a feeder flap and shifting of the positioned

The head is pushed upwards automatically by means of a shackle and positioned

The box is turned hydraulically by 900 or 1800 clockwise(from the perspective of the operator when in the box looking in the direction of the cattle)

Then the staffs killing cattle through neck

The box is turned 1800 side walls opened and automatically ejection of animal onto collection grid plate

Transportation across the line may be conducted automatically with conveyors or manually with a small drop. 

The line can be adapted to meet the needs, wishes and expectations of individual investors.

For the transportation of fresh meat, there are two options to choose from: standard transportation along a sliding rail and automatic transport in facilities. Different implementations enable transportation along the slaughter line, halls and refrigerated rooms.



Automatic transports are supported by corresponding software, which means that all transports can be controlled from one place in the slaughterhouse, while the computer software with installed conveyor transports performs the moving of fresh meat suspended on transporter hooks along the entire facility.



The transportation system of the facility comprises also equipment and admission rooms. In the expedite and impedit part of the production facilities, there are numerous machines installed to help with loading and unloading, which excellently serve their purpose. 



What also requires mentioning is the vacuum transport system, which is principally intended for transportation of wastes from slaughterhouses. 



A great advantage of the pneumatic transport is that it takes up only very little space, which can be used for other more important equipment. Additionally, the system requires very little maintenance. 
The vacuum transportation system is useful not only in slaughter industry but is also very successfully used in shipbuilding, kitchens, healthcare establishments and the rest of the food industry.
