HM -538C Neutral Sealant
Room temperature Methanol cured one-component silicon adhesive, passed UL, SGS certificate. With excellent resistance to climatic aging and yellowness; high strength, have good adhesion for aluminum, glass, etc. No corrosion to PC.

How to use
Substrates preparation
A. All surface must be clean and dry, degrease and wash off any contaminates that could impair adhesion.
B.Certain plastic may require specific surface treatment to obtain optimum adhesion. Such as the polypropylene, which should need chemical corrosion or plasma treatments?
How to apply
A. Apply a bead of neutral sealant to one of the prepared surface, and then quickly cover with the other substrate to be bonded.
B. On exposure to moisture, the freshly applied material will “skin over” in about 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature and 50% relative humidity. The surface is easily tooled with a spatula.
Cured time
After skin formation, cure continues inward from the surface. In 24 hours (at room temperature and 50% relative humidity),will cure to a depth of about 2.5mm.Very deep sections, especially when access to atmosphere moisture is restricted, will take longer time to cure completely. Cure time will also extend when at lower humidity levels.
Usable life and storage
When stored at or below 27°C in the original unopened container has a usable life of 6 months from the day of manufacture.
