RTV-521
RTV-521 is two parts mould making material (A :silicone,major component B: hardner). This product is room temperature cure , with high softness and excellent mobility, tensile strength ,etc.
Properties
1. Easy to apply , few splay mark ,mainly used to produce transparent elaborate products ,moderate viscosity and hardness ,high strength ,excellent mobility .
2. Cure at room temperature ,do not need insolation or extra heat
3. Good mechanical property ,with high elasticity, softness,tensile strength and extensibility
4. Mainly used to produce Polyster , Epoxy products with moderate hardness, easy to demould , limited expansion ,high thermal stability ,the life span is longer than normal rubber .
