Of course our original laptop batteries are brand new 100% genuine original
which are produced by original laptop factories like HP/DELL/ACER/APPLE/SONY etc
with Grade A original materials such as branded cells made by Sony/Samsung/SANYO/Panasonic/LG etc.
It is the same with the original one in your laptop, and the same with the ones in outlets.

What's the difference between OEM and original laptop battery?
A: original laptop batteries are produced by original factory with original
Grade A cell and materials, and replacement laptop batteries are produced
by our own factory with chinese brand Grade A cell and materials.
B: original laptop batteries have brand logo on the label, and the
replacement laptop batteries label is neutral without logo.
C: the cost of original laptop batteries is higher than replacement laptop batteries.
D: the life time of original laptop batteries is much longer than replacement
laptop batteries.

What's your warranty policy ?
All our products are 12months warranty.
If the man-made damage is found during the guarantee time, we can repair
for you and charge the maintain costs generated by this.
If the batteries/adapters have any problems under normal working condition,
we will repair and replace good ones to you. You will only pay the shipping
cost to return the defective goods to us and we will take charge the cost to
send new ones to you.
What's your "Sample Free" policy?
We will send the sample to you after you pay the sample cost. If you are
satisfied with our sample, you can keep it and we will subtract the sample
cost in your new order. If you are not satisfied with our sample, you can
reject it and send back to us. We will return you the sample cost.
How to maximize discharge time and extend battery life:
1> Lower the brightness on the display.
2> Minimize background processes.
3> Don't use the CD/DVD drive.
4> Disable your wireless antenna when not in use.
5> Check the Power Management settings are set to "Max original battery".
6> Remove the battery from the notebook PC when it is not being used or charged for a long period.
7> Purchase another battery to extend the overall operating time on battery.
8> Store the battery in a cool dry location.
How to take the precautions when using a original battery?
1> Do not modify or disassemble it.
2> Do not incinerate or expose to excessive heat, which may result in an exposure.
3> Do not expose boo to water or other moist/wet substances.
4> Avoid piercing, hitting, crushing or any abuse use of the battery.
5> Do not forget to take away your battery from the device if you will not use it for a long time.
6> Avoid short circuit of the terminals by keeping your original battery pack away from metal objects such as necklaces or hairpins.
