Roller introduction:
Henan Joinrise are a profesional manufacture of specially producing all kinds of Conveyor idlers & rollers & pulley, including Carrying idlers/roller ,Impact idlers/roller, Return idlers/roller, Training idlers/roller, Guiding idlers/roller, and Conveyor pulley & different types of Frame.
Detailed conveyor roller idler feature:
1.Roller idlers Dia 89mm-219mm, length 190-2000mm, which are used in the steel industry, harbor, coal industry, power industry, cement industry, etc
2.Tube: Q235
3.Shaft: 45# STEEL
4.Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance.
5.Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
6. Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
7. Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
8. Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting

Joinrise accepts the payment of T/T and L/C, 30%T/T in advance, 40% after shipment, the balance D/P,everything can be further discussed.
