China manufacturers supply high quality friction roller
Friction roller with strong ability to prevent the conveyor belt injury and running deviation, using the friction resistance and friction wheel radian wandering mechanism to prevent and correct the transport belt running deviation, and achieve the heart function.
Roller Product introduction:
Pipe blanking is conducted by differential gear feed tube-cutting machine tool of domestic advanced level. Double-end bore is used in pipe procession. Work piece is chucked one time and lathe work is done to ensure the coaxiality of bore diameter of both ends and size and precision of the mould. Stamping bearing pedestal chooses domestic 08F or 08AL steel plate which experiences cold rolling and then recrystallization. There are 13 processes from blanking to moulding.
The assembling of carrier roller adopts technology of assembling before welding and is conducted on double-end welding machine. The welding of bearing pedestal and pipe is conducted at the same time. CO2 gas automatic protection welding is adopted. Ours is the most advanced production line for carrier roller at home currently.

Roller Dropping intensity
After experiments of horizontal and vertical drop of carrier roller, the following requirements should be met:
- All components and welded joints cannot be damaged or taken apart;
- Axial displacement of roller carrier after falling should be not more than 1.2mm;
- The body and bearing of carrier roller should never be loosing;
- The resistance to rotation should be not more than 1.5 times of the figure stipulated in table 1.
Roller Sealability in water
After revolving at the rate of 1450t/min for 24 hours in water, the water inflow of the carrier roller with non-contact seal device is not more than 150g.
Roller Life span
When reinforced service life of carrier roller is converted into the actual service life, the time span is no less than 20000h. The damage rate of carrier roller is no larger than 10%.

Our product is widely used in such surrounding as underground coal mine and that with severe open-air dust and high corrosivity. These places include mines, power plants, steel mills, stone factory, cement plant, coking plant, coal washing plant, saltworks, soda ash factory, chemical fertilizer plant and wharfs.
