China high elasticity ZE-HCC buffering bed with impact bars

ZE-HCC  buffer bed is used on the feed point in replacement of buffer rollers to reduce the impact force from material on rubber belt and possibility of damage ; protect rubber belt from being torn apart or scratched by sharp objects ; prevent material from spilling.

Features:

1.Avoids the damage to the belt through the contact between the bar and surface of belt.
2.The conveyor belt is stressed evenly in the loading area, which will reduce  the daily maintenance cost.
