Q5:How much shipping charge does it cost to my country?
A: That depends on the package weight, you can contact us after you choose the item, we will check the shipping fees for you. Bulk order,sea shipment is the best method.
Q6:How about warranty after receiving screens ?
A: 2years from shipping date.We will provide you free replacment parts with next order or better solution according to our negotiation.
Q7. What is the lead time?
A: Sample is 1-3 working days, mass production time is 15-20working days for the order less than 1000 pcs if without any changing.
Q8. I don’t like your standard size. Can I choose other spec. ? If yes, any extra cost?
A: You can choose our available size at present. We can also make any size as you like. MOQ is 1pc and no extra cost.
Q9. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: If you can accept our neutral packaging and generic porducts, MOQ is 50sets/100pcs;
OEM MOQ is 200pcs.We can stick your lable on outer carton.
Q10: What is the packaging?
A: We provide neutral box packaging, we also can make your own designed OEM packaging, the MOQ is 200pcs.
Q11. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?
A: Yes, We can send you samples for your approval first.But we'd like you choos small size.
