Usage:
1.In the field of concrete additives, the sodium lignosulphonate series products can be applied as common water reducing admixture and built material of series multifunction high-performance water reducing admixtures. The products can be directly adopted as additive in the concrete .Moreover, they also can be compounded with such high-performance water reducing admixtures as naphthalene series and melamine series etc. And, they are also ideal materials for series retarding agents and pumping agents etc.
2.The sodium lignosulphonate series products can be adopted as the adhesives in the briquetting procedure in the vertical retort zinc smelters.
3.The sodium lignosulphonate series products can be used as embryo reinforcing agents in the fields of pottery and porcelain and refractory materials. They can increase the fluidity of the slurry and thus to improve the strength of the embryo.
4.In the field of water-coal paste, the sodium lignosulphonate series products can be adopted as the main compound materials.
5.In agriculture, the sodium lignosulphonate series products can be applied as the dispersant agents of pesticides and pelleting adhesives of fertilizers and feedstuffs.
Packing & storage & transportation :
1.Packing : plastic woven bag with 25kg net weight per bag,load 28 MT in 40'HQ.
2.Storage :It shall be stored in a waterproof, rainproof place to avoid agglomeration. If there is agglomeration, smashing it or dissolving it will not affect using effect.The product is harmless and does not deteriorate in long term. It's not a flammable and explosive substance.
3. Transportation : It's suitable for both truck transportation and railay transportaion without any limit of remnant cargo or full truck.

3.Operation methods:
1.to use as dispersant,to determine the proportion of the dyestuffs and dispersant according to the strong degree of the dispersant, after confirming dispersant consumption,first half of the lignin sulfonic acid sodium dispersant first and dyestuffs are mixed until it ends, then put into another dispersant , this will get a better result than to all put all the dispersant together once .
2.to use as packing agent , may put in when spray dying or standardization.
3.the different kinds of dyestuffs or the same variety without the same factory, should have a test to determine the suitable dispersant dosage .
4.packaging ,storage and Transportation:
the packaging: it has plastic pellicle inside and exteiorly packed with woven sacks ,net weight 25kgs each sack.
Storage: it shall be stored in a waterproof,rainproof place to avoid agglomeration,if there is agglomeration,smashing it or dissolving it will not affect using effect,the product is harmless and does not deteriorate in a long term .it’s not a flammable and explosive substance.
Transportation: it’s suitable for both truck and railway transportation,without any limit of remnant cargo or full truck ,we can arrange the consignment for shipment.
