Automatic almond/walnut/nutlet dicing machine/dicer/choper
Nut moisture content requirment:5%-10%
The nut dicer cutter is mainly used in nut processing unit,it is suitable for cutting bean,nuts
(peanut,walnut,almond,hazelnut,chestnut) into cubes.
The material in the bucket uniformly discharged,then conveyed to chopper parts by conveyor,
the chopped material pass to vibration screen then go to different grade discharge exit.
The cutter speed is fixed,By changing the conveyor speed can adjust the nut cubes size.
The parts touching food is made of stainless steel,other parts can also be made stainless steel as per special requirment.
PS:The machine itself can make three size cubes,if you want to make more different size cubes,
there is extra customized filter gauze for choise.
