Cooperative Term:
Firstly, manufacturer offer the reasonable sample fee and unit price with the design of Buyer.
Secondly, the two parties sign the contact after the term was ready. Buyer should pay 30% of total order as deposit.
Thirdly, manufacturer makes sample, the Buyer confirms and production.
At last, buyer pays of the balance before shipment. (If it needs inspection, then will pay the balances after inspection)
The production cycle is 30~35 days in the normal condition, of course, it also depends on the quantity. The shipping time is a necessary factor which should take into account
All the products will check by the factory QC. Buyer should take an inspection face to face with manufacturer to make sure the goods are right. If there is mistake in the quantity and item no.
please contact manufacturer in time. If there is some damage among shipping, please claim to Freight Company directly. (Buy should open the carton to check the goods when take over for preventing unnecessary losses)
FAQ
Q: How to get sample?
A: You may contact our customer service, we will send sample after you pay the sample fee. If you have an order for us, the fee can be refunded. If there is no order, the sample fee will be refunded to you when you send the sample back to us, the shipping fee is paid by you.
Q:Accept cash on delivery(COD)or not?
A:Sorry, we don’t accept COD. We have many customers from many countries and deal with many orders every day, so we use 30%T/T as deposit to confirm order, 70% paid against B/L copy.
