Oasthouse
1.There are 12 drying rooms, φ800 stainless steel drying room.There are two groups of pre-drying,one integrated drying room.The surface of pre-drying room is pained with Tefoln coating anti-sticking layer.
2.The wet yarn of each vat comes into the drying room on two layers.Also they can come into the room for pre-drying on one layer.
3.There are five drying cylinder temperature control, so as to meet the yarn drying requirements.
4.The servo or frequency motor is independently driven,tensioned and the elongation rate can be automatically controlled.
5.Slope roof stainless steel cover is adopted and axial fan is used for dehumidifying.
Warp Beam Rack
1.The user can select different types of creel.
2.Model H double layer shaft,four creels consists of one group.
3.Adopt penumatic control unwinding tension to meet unwinding of constant tension.
Electrical Control System
1.The machine adopts servo moto or frequency motor sub-unit driven.
2.By programmable controller together with computer and motor,the high precision control can be realized.
3.Adopt computer setting of yarn tension,elongation rate and pressing force,ect.
4.WK is automatically controlled and can be displayed.
5.Vet temperature and drying room temperature is automatically controlled.
Sizing Trough
1.The sizing trough wall is steel plate and the shell is stainless steel.
2.Adopt Double-dip double-Pressure or Double-dip back pressure.
3.Adopt system pressure boosting and Max. pressre is 40.
4.Main sizing trough and auxiliary vat is integrated.
5.The slurry is counter current circulated,the viscosity and temprerature are stable.
