1.Characteristics
1.1 Burnishing roller is suitable for polishing and burnishing needles and teeth of carding components such as cylinders,doffers,licker-in wires, top card clothing,etc on carding machines.It also provides a certain hardening function to improve acuity of card clothing.
1.2 Since burnishing roller is made of special flexible material,carding clothing will not be damaged in the process of removing burs and impurities, polishing and burnishing.
1.3 Traversing range of burnishing roller is 15mm.
