6MR-141 sized sawtooth linter is mainly used for peeling cottonseeds of

cotton ginning factories and oil milling factories.Its main function is to put cottonseeds after ginned into working case of linter, scrape and peel by rotate saw blade with obstructing by rib strips, to make cottonseeds and short fluff divided.

Main technical targets

When third-level cottonseeds ginned, fluff rate of discharged cotionseeds is

0.4%-0.6%,when fluffrous rate >12%,hydrated rate <12%

1.General output volume of tluff per hour > 015kg;

2.Gower consuming per one hundred flulff 60kw/h;

3.Reference processing volume of cotionseeds:

First-step fluff 1000-1400kg/table hour

Second-step fluff: 500-800kg/table hour

Third-step fluff: 450-600kg/table hour.
