Oil drilling grade xanthan gum is a kind of efficient, high-quality, environmentally friendly oil drilling mud additives, the applicable scope is wide,witn strong temperature( ≥94℃ ),acid, alkali, salt tolerance, can significantly improve the penetration and the ability of suspended solids in the slurry to reduce the pressure in the drilling process, Stabilize borehole wall, reduce the damage to the reservoir,thereby significantly improving the efficiency of drilling, workover and completion work. This product has good heat resistance salt resistance and good shear thinning and particle suspension effect, therefore, it is the most ideal offshore drilling mud additives. In saturated brine and 85 temperature,can remain stable for a long time. Therefore, it is the ideal of high temperature and high salt oil field oil displacement agent.
