1. 2 Years Warranty.
We provide 2 years warranty for the locks we sell. If there is any problem with the locks within the warranty period, our professional engineer will firstly help you find out where the problem is, and, if need, we will provide free components or locks to replace and buyers do non't have to send the old one back.
2. Life-Time Free Technical Support.
If customers have problem with the locks after the warranty period, we will still provide free techincal support, and the components will be provided at the lowest prices.
