Applications:
This series of models are mainly used for hard materials engraving, such as reliefs, line cutting and engraving, edge inversing, drilling and engraving on marbles, granites, artifical stones, ceramics, glass, metal and so on.
Features:
1. Whole machine seamless weld steel structure, good rigidity, sturdy and durable, can bear 1MT weight at least.
2. Three axises adopt imported Taiwan HIWIN square linear orbit, two linear sliding track; Y axis adopts double drivers, big load, good stability, high precision, long lifetime.
3. Three-axis all have the waterproof and dustproof system, and automatic oil supplier makes the maintenance operation easily.
4. Independent control cabinet, and CNC Router anti-jamming dedicated shielded wire, senoir configuration; 4.5KW constant power water cooling spindle with the imported bearing, large force, high efficiency.
5. Built-in water tank and automatic double direction cutters cooling system protect the tool effectively while processing all kinds of stone.
6. Adopt advanced CNC system--Ncstudio control system. It has break point memory mode to make sure continuous working after electronic drop or other postpone situation.
