Product description
This automatic labeling machine is designed for round bottles of thick sauce, wine, and flavorings and sticks labels with paste. This machine adopts fully mechanical transmission, closed-end gearbox, sticking labels to a variety of round bottles, stable and reliable. It can be moved to a workplace and are suitable for independent use or connected with other machines in one complete line.
It can be combined with automatic turntable unscramble bottle machine, connected directly to the front line, and also automatic inkjet printing machine or ribbon coding machine to print date of production, date of expiration, batch number and other information on bottles or labels. It is controlled by PLC and can preset 50 groups of labeling parameters with powerful memory function. The label output is controlled by mutual inductance stepping motor to ensure synchronization between label output speed and bottle rolling speed. Imported frequency converter is used to guarantee the stableness and reliableness of the whole machine.
