Automatic pouch filling machine for water, milk, and ketchup
The machine applies advanced automatic temperature technology and operation procedure is easy while production is fast. The sealing on package is firm. It is applicable to the package products made of high pressure polyethylene. The functions including UV sterilization, bag formation, date printing, automatic filling, and sealing and cutting are essential for bag packaging and they can be done by the machine at one-off work.
The machine is in double-pulling bar structure to produce reliable performance and eccentrical adjustment structure makes the filling volume adjustable. The liquid is supplied from two sources: balanced tank on high position and self sucking pump. Customers can select according to demand. The part in contact with material is made of stainless steel and after filling, thermal sealing and cutting is done directly. Bag size, packing weight, thermal sealing temperature are adjustable and easy to adjust. The date printing is done with color tape and the machine is with side sealing, back sealing and photoelectric tracking.
