Q: What is the MOQ of your products?
A: For all of our usb drives and power banks, the MOQ is 50 pieces. We also accept smaller quantity for trial order to start business relationship.
Q: Can I put my own logo on?
A: Yes, we can do your logo with screen imprint, full color imprint, laser engraving, stamp, pad printing & glue stickers on different materials of the usb drives and power banks.
Q: What is the process to do my logo ?
A: We will firstly create virtual proof and get approval for position and direction of the logo, then please send us artwork of your logo in vector format like AI, PDF, ESP or PSD to proceed with sample & mass imprint.
Q: Can I get samples to show our clients or before placing orders?
A: Of cause, we offer free dummy samples with your logo imprint. We will collect lowest cost for working samples. The shipping cost will be on your side, please note this.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance again shipping. Full payment before production is appreciated.
Q: How to arrange the payment?
A: We accept you to pay to our company account by T/T, western union or Paypal.
Q: What is the turnaround for production? Do you accept rush orders?
A: Generally speaking, the quantity under 1000 pieces will cost 3-5 days.We do accept rush orders depends on your requests.
Q: How do you ship goods and how long does the shipping cost?
A: We always ship the orders via express like DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. We can also ship out by air cargo or sea shipping.
