Application:
The application of emulsification tank is to dissolve one or more materials (water-soluble solid, liquid or jelly, etc.) in another liquid, and allow to become relatively stable hydrated emulsion. It is widely used in the emulsification and blending of raw materials and auxiliary materials like edible oil, powdery material, and sugar. Some paints and coatings emulsifying also needs emulsifying tank, especially for some insoluble colloidal additives such as CMC, xanthan gum and the like.
1. For sugar dissolving, milk dissolving, colloidal material dissolving.
2. Applicable to the processing of food, beverage, fruit juice, dairy products and other factories.
