l We will ship packages by China Post flat air mail. We will offer a tracking number for free if the order total is more than 20usd.

l We do not mail over 1mw lasers to UK, AU or any other countries ban over 1mw lasers. Over 5mw lasers are banned in some countries, please read your national laws before placing the order. We are not responsible for any consequence of the customs hold or law violation.

l Most mail will arrive within 7-20 business days after it is sent out. The delivery time depends on factors like postal service, customs review and distance from China. If you havent received the item after 25 working days, please contact us. We'll investigate and solve the problem together.

l We do not mail items to Italy and South America, Africa, etc.

l If you need the item to be delivered urgently, please contact us for a Epress shipping method like DHL/UPS etc.

l We only ship to confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is updated. If you want to change to another address, please leave us a message immediately before it is mailed out. We will not take any responsibility for package missing because of the wrong address.

Warranty & Return

l All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We can arrange replacement for you if the situation is confirmed. Or we can refund for you and charge 25% service and handling fee based on the total price of the product (not including shipping fee). Buyer pays both ways shipping if any product is returned.

l In 3 month (from the day of shipping out), if any problem happens caused by the item itself, please dont dismantle it. You can return it in the original package to us. We will repair or echange new one for you and you just pay for the both way shipment.
