I. Summary
It is designed to produce welded pipes of Φ219mm-Φ508mm and6.0mm-16.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square (400mm×400mm) & rectangle (500mm×300mm) tubes. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology home and abroad, our innovative production line and each single unit of the production line are not only economical but also practical. The complete production line adopts ZTF technology developed by our company when producing circle pipe. By means of ZTF technology, the customer shall reduce 60% expense on tooling and improve production effiency and create more economic benefit.

Coil Feeding→Uncoiling→Flattening→butt welding→Accumulating→Side Trimming→Forming→High-frequency induction welding→Removing outside & inner Bead →Polishing→Online UT → Seam Annealing→Cooling→Sizing→Cutting into length →Conveyer Table→Straightening→End Facing and beveling→Hydro Testing→Inspection→Packing→Warehouse
