Process of  charcoal made machine

The basic principle of woof briquetting machine is to plastify the raw material at high temperature and then 

press the material into square outside with middle empty or prismatic briquette. 

In this process, the moisture content needs to reach 8%-12%.

 If the moisture content is high, the briquette may scatter; while the moisture is low, the briquette may have cracks.

The temperature for briquetting wood must achieve 260-280 centigrade. 

But when start machine, the temperature should above about 30-40 centigrade because the material may cool down 30 to 40 centigrade suddenly at first. 

The color of the finished products is black outside with shiny and the density is about 1.2 and it won’t float on the water but sinks to the bottom.
