Hot forming air filter fabric is made based on needling machine of ordinary pp fiber and ES fiber(low melting point fiber), and it is of uniform thickness and can be cut into different thicknesses according to customers’ demands. After high-temperature forming, the Jiujiu hot forming air filter media produced by Jiujiu Filter is of good ventilation property for the air filtration, uniform holes and high dust holding, and the filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%. The frame of the filter element is of smooth, hard and stretchy surface. Jiujiu filter cloth is widely used in China FAW Toyota’s vehicle filters.
Hot forming air filter media mainly is used for Japanese car air filter and cabin filter,Frequently-used air filter fabric are 280g/m2, 320g/m2, 380g/m2, 400g/m2,cabin filter fabric has 130 g/m2,150 g/m2,Also can be customized according to clients required weight.Slightly harder feel and flexible , can be folded into the desired folded height ,then put into hot forming air filter machine hot-rolled forming.
