The feed mill machine performance and features:

1.)A high performance and special adjustable center is used to adjust and adapt dimension errors of hammers and destroy circulation layer of materials further improve safety and grinding efficiency of grinder.

2.)Air centrifugal force principle is used that toothed plates are set in many places inside the grinder to hit materials for

many times ,reduce the line velocity of material circuit and improve the grinding efficiency . It is east to grind soft

materials and easier to break hard materials ,especially for the artificial boards without formaldehyde released , high-

medium density artificial boards and green biomass particle whose fibers are longer.

3.)Replaceable access door which can be fully opened and interlocked safety device are used to ensure the safety and

convenience of door open.

4.)Interlocked screen pressing mechanism, large equipment are equipped with mechatronical interlocked screen pressing

mechanisms which makes the time for screen change shorter, the human capital lower, the screen more convenient and

securely and not easy to leak materials.

5.)Military technologies are applied to improve the overall performance of the grinder and make it stable and wear-

resistant ,imported SKF bearings and Siemens motors are selected to prolong the service life of grinding. Specially

researched vulnerable parts such as wear-resistant hammers, screens ,toothed plates and peak grinding plates are matched
