Liquid tight Flexible Conduit with SS wire braided
Introduction:
Explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe used in II B II C grade T1-T6 group explosive mixture of places, the function is connecting explosion-proof electrical equipment import and output line or the larger places where the steel pipe wiring is difficult. The structure of explosion-proof flexible tube both ends are threaded metal movable joint, pipe body is composed of a metal hose, outer jacket cloth quality rubber and enhanced Neeb hose sheath and sandwich steel wire woven network. This product has flame resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof, wear-resistant, anti-aging, good flexibility, firm structure, reliable work, etc features.The general length is 500,700,1000 and so on.
Applicable scope:
1 applies to 1 area, 2 area dangerous place;
2 applicable to II A, II B explosive gas environment;
3 suitable for explosive gas mixing temperature: T1~T4;
4 widely used in oil extraction, oil, chemical, military and other dangerous environment and offshore oil platforms, oil tankers and other dangerous places of work and scene lighting;

- Wire over-braiding provides more abrasion resistance and efficient EMI/RFI shielding.
- Inner core made from galvanized steel strip.
- Square locked construction for more dynamic flexibility.
- PVC covering provides water&moisture protections for the electrical conductors.

Mode of movable connector:
- One end may be interenal screw and the other outer screw.
- Both ends may be inteeernal screw or outer screw.
- One end may be G system screw and the other M system.
- The conector with different diameters may be used.
